In 1994, Tom Jameson began investing in commercial real estate and formed Compass Capital LLC to invest in distressed real estate opportunities created during the early 1990s.

Capital’s management team includes Mark Burton with Wyatt Tarrant & Combs LLC, Due Diligence and Legal, John Talbott with Decamp Talbott Seif and Mike Shepard with Dean Dorton PSC, Accounting and Tax.

These individuals bring an impressive history of experience, entrepreneurial spirit, integrity, and professional capabilities. Senior executives average over 17 years of experience in real estate acquisition and lead a dedicated team of experienced property managers. Their expertise, enthusiasm and passion for excellence provide the foundation for Compass Capital’s success.

Thomas E. Jameson

Mr. Jameson has substantial and varied experience in the acquisition, development, and asset management of commercial real estate throughout the South East United States.

Full Biography

Prior to founding Compass Capital, LLC, Mr. Jameson acquired Business Systems, Inc. and built a successful material handling company that integrated automated storage and retrieval systems nationwide. In addition to providing private equity for venture funding Mr. Jameson also serves on the Bluegrass Venture Fund Board which invests primarily in Kentucky based technology companies. During his acquisition and private investment career, Mr. Jameson’s responsibilities included managing deal teams through the comprehensive underwriting, due diligence, negotiation, and closing of commercial real estate, and entity acquisitions totaling over $100 million all which have involved investing his own capital along with other investors. His experience includes numerous complex transactions involving convertible debt, preferred equity, and direct investments in operating companies.

David Williams

David is primarily responsible for managing investor relations and equity funding. David joined Snow Capital in 2003 as a Managing Director.

Prior to joining the firm, David spent over 20 years in the investment business with Smith Barney as a Senior Vice President, Branch Manager and Financial Consultant. His branch management experience includes running two of Smith Barney’s largest offices in Bethesda, Maryland and Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.

Education: B.A. from the University of Cincinnati.

Patrick Kyle Jameson

Kyle is the principle of Compass Capital Property Management LLC. Core expertise includes property operations, tenant improvements, capital improvements, lease and contract administration and budgeting.

Kyle received his advanced commercial property management certification from the Institute of Real Estate Management and earned the coveted Certified Property Management CPM designation after 3 years of study and experience in the field.

Danny Lethco

Danny is primarily responsible for Asset Management and underwriting. Core expertise includes lease review, lease abstracts, capital improvements, lease and contract administration and budgeting.

Full Biography

Danny 24 years of experience with Kroger as a real estate manager in the Kentucky and Tennessee markets. Responsibilities included new store projects, remodel expansions, with-in-the-wall remodels, fuel stations, wine & spirits stores, and assisting in the implementation of Kroger’s on line ordering and store pickup system, ClickList. Coordinated the maintenance of as many as 165 stores and shopping centers. Completed 19 Major projects at a total cost of $143M, which included two grounds up new stores, 7 major expansions (increasing the store sizes from 80-125,000sqft), 3 With-in-the-wall remodels, 6 fuel stations, and 16 Wine & Spirits Stores.

 Ronald "Chuck" Adkins

Alisa is the Chief Financial Officer of Compass Capital Property Management LLC.

Full Biography

She brings 27 years of experience from her role at Hines as a Senior Project Accountant in commercial real estate. Areas of expertise include accounting for property management operations, capital improvements, lease administration, budgeting, and cash flow projections.

 Ronald "Chuck" Adkins

Mercedes is the property manager for Compass Capital Management, LLC.

Full Biography

She joins with over 27 years of property management experience both in Iowa, where she is originally from and Kentucky; most recently at a 252 unit luxury apartment community in Lexington. She brings experience in property management operations and accounting, tenant relations, marketing, and event planning. An avid reader and dog lover, when not working she likes to travel.

Education: A.A. from Kirkwood College in Cedar Rapids, Iowa
